Refund & Exchange Policy:
Refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be returned in new and unworn condition, in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected we will process the refund or exchange.
Products received as a gift may be returned for a credit with a valid gift receipt. Gift receipts are valid for 45 days after purchase.
Please note for requested refunds or exchanges the shipping charge is the responsibility of the client. All package contents must be protected from damage during shipping in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
All earrings are final sale. No exceptions.
Unfortunately all clearance priced items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Warranty:
We offer one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects not including cosmetic damage, water damage or normal wear and tear. Over time all jewelry will become scratched, this is normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions will void warranty. Warranty does not cover lost or stolen pieces.
In the event you receive your order and it is damaged or you received the wrong item we will issue a replacement.
